HP80 2K Handmix Polyurea

Hand mixable, self-leveling, 100% solids, flexible, two-component polyurea material. The product has a retarded reaction time (pot life) to permit ‘hand mix’ use. This superior material designed for joint and crack filling for concrete surfaces. It works well in adverse temperature conditions and reopen to vehicle and foot traffic just one hour after the application. It is ideal for use in cold storage facilities, and food processing plants where time and temperature are serious concerns.

Properties

100% solids,. VOC and solvent free. Hand mixable and brushable. Remains flexible in cold temperatures. Open to traffic in 60 minutes. Cures from -18°C to 65 °C. Moistue and temperature insensitive

C80 removes fresh PU foam and cleans the PU foam gun adapter after the application. Cleans surfaces, clothes, window&door frames and prevents the foam cure in the gun adapter.

Powerful solvent based aerosol cleaner for removing uncured PU foam ( straw and gun adapter foam).Designed especially for cleaning the gun adapter of foam. Cleaner has a spray activator for removing the foam from the gun adapter. It can be used in all positions. Propellant gas is not harmful to the ozone layer.

Dirt, rust, grease, dust and maisture be removed from surface. Areas not to be painted should be protected. Before using, shake the can for two minutes. When applying, shake the can in certain periods. Make a spraying test on an appropriate surface. Apply with a distance of 25-30cm. First, paint the surfaces from left to right, then from top to bottom. Leave the surface to dry.
