JH70 2K Joint Sealant

Polyurea joint filler technology has playing an important role in meeting the increasing need for a faster curing sealant in the construction industry. The system is self leveling, 100% solids, two component, polyurea joint fill and crack repair material . Designed to fill cracks, contraction joints, control joints or new construction joints on new or old concrete. The system penetrates into crack and prevents leakage and deformation of concrete. Product cures rapidly and consistently in applications ranging from -18°C to 65 °C. Applications can be reopened to vehicle or foot traffic in 1 hour. Product perform well at cold temperatures and resistant to most chemicals.

Dirt, rust, grease, dust and maisture be removed from surface. Areas not to be painted should be protected. Before using, shake the can for two minutes. When applying, shake the can in certain periods. Make a spraying test on an appropriate surface. Apply with a distance of 25-30cm. First, paint the surfaces from left to right, then from top to bottom. Leave the surface to dry.

High-grade nitro-combi quality. Very good coverage & quickdrying. Excellent adhession on many surfaces. Good flow, smooth surface. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. The surface is polishable. Weather-resistant, light-proof, UV-resistant. Stratch, shock and impact - resistant.
